If the behaviour of your father is not good towards you and your mother then your mother can always file for maintenance under section 125 CrPC or also under the DV act and claim her maintenance for her and for you as well if you are unmarried. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

First of all you are not entitled for maintenance from your father as you have attained the age of 18 years. The law also says that the married daughter is entitled to the maintenance yet there are some limitations that there should be some limit to it. however, your mother is fully entitled for the maintenance from her husband under section 125 crpc. Apart from it if you are Hindu, your mother can also claim maintenance under Hindu marriage act under section 25 of the act.
