Regarding land dispute and partition suite

Sir I want to know whether a joint owner of a property can sell his portion of land without filing partition deed.

okay I understand your questions you want to sell the property to your share but you are jointly purchased right yes it is possible to sell the joint property with out partician deed . you can take one NOC from your joint owner or you can send notice to him then only you can sell the property. if you are not send the notice or Noc you can aproch the court and take a partician and sell it your part
