Regarding land dispute and partition suite

Sir I want to know whether a joint owner of a property can sell his portion of land without filing partition deed.

I understand your questions so you want to sell the jointly registred property with out inform to your co owner right yes it is possible but you shuld give a Legal notice about this and if you can take noc from them or you can take back your share from him .
