Regarding in-law problem , sexless marriage and domestic violence

hi I am married since 4 years . Post marriage i faced many issues with in-law's .they keep on abusing me through their words. my husband was not at all talking to me at that time. all the time we used to fight for unusual reason. there was no physical relation and till now it was not. this year he actually slaps me beats me and later on convinces me that i should not speak to anyone as it will go worst.. my father in law mother in law and my sister in-law and even my husband and his maternal relatives too abuses me through their words. i am suffering a lot . They even did not return my gold jewelers that was gifted to me at the time of wedding. Only few they gave me. rest other they either sold or they kept it to borrow money without my notice. please advice. . recently we argued where he shouted and blamed me and I used bad words for that my husband started beating me . I am suffering from disc budge on my lower back earlier and m feeling insecure. Please tell me my rights.
