Sir mai ye puchna chatya ho meri bhabhi baar baar apne ghr ja rhi hai or mera parents ko bahut preshan kr rhi hai mera parents n uske bolne p alg bhi krdiya hme fir bhi nhi jeena de rhi or kuch bolu to mera papa ki job chudvane ki dmki de rhi hai wo govt service krte hai or bhai ko contact pe job krta haiplzzzzz advice me sir

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file complaint against him and his family members under the DV act. As far as the divorce is concerned it’s better to go for mutual one but if the situation is not favourable then you have to file for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

I understand you concern. Aap ek kaam kar sakte hai ki aap apni bhabhi ke against court se injunction/stay le sakte hai aur court aapki bhabhi ko aapki family me interfere karne se rok degi. even aap unka aapse baat karwana bhi band karwa sakte hai. warna unhe contempt of court ke chakkar me jail ho sakti hai. isse pehle aap unke koi bhi pareshaan karne waale conduct ki audio-video recording kar lijiye. aur fir humse ek legal notice bhejiye unhe. uske baad stay ka case daailye.
