Regarding DV notice issued. What will happen?

DV notice was sent to my husband & his family to there native address . On 29/11/2023 court hearing was there, but my husband hasn’t taken the notice, indicating wrong address. But I don’t know where he resides in Bangalore. A lawyer had came from there end, representing only his mom, dad & bro. What will happen now…?

Dear Sir, You have to find out address of your husband and atleast find out his official address. In the meanwhile you may lodge police complaint under Section 498A for cruelty etc. Get the address of your husband when he come to the Police Station. The Police people will collect the address of your husband from his parents.
