regarding advice for family mater case

we live seprate since 13 years.my husband file divorce pition agaist me in 2014 still my cross examination not complete and still not divorce , i not wants to give divorce and I wants to going abroad for job , can I going while case is not complete ? and just I got news that in may 2020 my husband and that lady whoare lived in relation ship have birth daughter then now which action I do against them and can I going abroad ?

I would like to know the status of the case and more details of the divorce petition. Depending on the status of the case I can guide you the respective your compulsory presence in the case matter. yes I can going abroad any time because your husband filled only hindu marriage petition in the family court but still today you haven't. filed any criminal complaint in the court as well as police station so you want to going abarod for job it's not problem and morover your husband staying with leaving relationship so now you you can do anything
