23-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
Dear sir / madam, I, Samuel residing at vyasarpadi in chennai right now. Actually am an NRI working in china for the past 6 years. Am the only child for my parents. Early of April have some EGO issues with my wife family. so i have avoided them. May 21st the problem has become big and my wife's uncle take her back to their home. Last one month we both were seperated because of her family. We called them for compromise but she demands a seperate home and forcing me to leave my mother and father. I cant bear double expenses at current scenario. Am only on child for my parents. My mother, a rheumatoid arthritis patient and under medication for past 20 years and also under medication for heart, BP, Diabetes. She is unfit to live seperate. And my father also an heart patient who suffered an heart attack on 2015. My wife and their family knows about them well. My wife's mother, younger brother and her uncle forcing her to go seperate from my family. Kindly advice me. Thanks! SAMUEL. R

According to this due to ego clash it raised this much level. u tried avoiding her parents. so she decided to avoid your parents. this situation you may send legal notice stated that conjugal rights and ask her to come to your house within 15 days. if failed u may file the same before appropriate family court and seek remedy.

Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy is usually provided by a psychologist, clinical social worker or licensed therapist. Family relationships are viewed as important for good mental health, regardless of whether all family members are participating in the therapy. It is an ideal counseling method for helping family members adjust to an immediate family member struggling with an addiction, medical issue or mental health diagnosis.
