Sir,
Customer having one Car loan in NBFC.
Customer died is a muslim, Insurance money came, balance paid by family and loan settled.
Vehicle Name transferred to Nominee wife name in RTO office.
The Family Not able to get Legal heir Certificate from taluk office as the elder son is having some litigation and issued with arrest and they are staying in different place.
But Finance is asking compulsory Legal heir certificate to issue NOC for the loan.
Kindly provide any alternate solution for legal heir certificate to get NOC of the loan for termination of hypotecation
