Refusal by MIL to give back my jewellery

Hi ,my mother in law is not giving my jewellery which I got as a gift during my marriage by his side relatives ,now my MIL is not giving back those gift she is telling those gold items she will re gifted back to other relatives .How to seek legal help for this

For your above mentioned case you can file a case of criminal breah of trust under BNS Act. in your District Court. this will help you and you shall get back your jwellery in your mother in law's custody.

As you have mentioned in your problem that your mother-in-law is not giving you your gold jewelery and is saying that it was given by her relatives and she has no right on itSo in such a situation you can file a case under section 406 and can also file a case under domestic violence
