Recovery of Money from my wife as we are leaving separate not divorce.

Dear Sir, I had done setup a new business on wife's Name and given 100% Money to her business. Also she taken Gold loan ,all gold with her, some gold loan from my account and given to her business, I am paying EMI of that Gold loan. Now last one year we are leaving separate but she is not paying EMI and also not returning gold loan amount which is from my account. so please suggest me how can I Recover this money(business and gold loan). She is leaving separate alone and children's are with me.

You will have to send a legal notice to her through your counsel calling upon her to return your money and to file regular EMI. If she doesn't abide by the terms then you may file a suit for recovery before the court.
