Yes. You can get back your jewels and other things by filing a complaint at nearest magistrate court by filing a complaint under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. After verifying your complaint the court will summon your husband to appear before the court. If you prove that the jewels and other things are possessed by your husband you can get back the same by an order passed by the court. You can add your in-laws also as rival parties. The court will pass orders for your protection from your husband and in-laws. You can seek for monetary compensation for your pain and agony too.

HELLO,

IT IS VERY SIMPLE, WHATEVER PROPERTY LIES IN THE HANDS OF YOUR IN-LAWS CAN BE SECURED BACK BY FILING RETURN OF PROPERTY UNDER HINDU MARRIAGE ACT. THEY CANNOT GO AWAY WITH YOUR JEWELS AND FURNITURES. IT BELONGS YOU ONLY.

Are you living with him even today? If it is yes, I better advise you to stay alone and avoid harassment. Regarding getting back your jewels and other items are very simple. You simply walk into a police station and lodge a complaint in brief. Your inlaws and husband will be enquired by the police and you will get back all your personal belongings.
