RE: Legalheir Certification case pending

I need a consultation of legalheir certification and we already filled the case in district court and still the case is extending long for the initial process written statement from D1 and D2 parties. My advocate is also not responding to this correctly and giving the false promises when taking the case will reslove the case at 2 months. But I am not aware of the case structures for civil. But I need a consultation how long will take to close and any other steps to take in action for judgment.

If D1 and D2 did not file thier counter for long time the court can post the matter for exparte evidence and even after posting for exparte evidence they did not file thier counter in the sense, then the court can pass exparte orders (this may take around three months).
