Rcr Filed After 498a,Dvc,Mc Cases.Is It Useful

My wife filed 498a,Dvc,Mc Cases on me two years ago.up now there is no trials.ow i have to file RCR.is this useful for me above cases
If there is no evidence regarding 498-a case then file a quash petition in high court to quash that case. There is no use if you file restitution of conjunction rights. Initially try to explain your willingness to stay with her in DVC case. You won't get any relief if you file restitution of conjunction rights case on your wife.
