Rcr case filed by my husband ..what will be his approach in court?

My husband have filed for RCR we had mediation I was ok to reconcile but he asked in the mediation to move it to court. And later few meditation he dint attain and the court hearing due to vacation is moved to July.so in this case not able to really the know intension behind this..though all family members spoke he says let it be al thru court..it’s almost 7 months we have been separated ..During meditation there is no any sign of him reconcile so what I can be his approach

1. the case is before the court, your husband has filed an rcr. your husband not attending the mediation means he is not ready to take you back for some purpose he has filed rcr. 2. if your husband is not present before the mediation, then the case comes before the court and case is contested.

your husband was filed restitution of conjugal right petition against you... but he can't appearing to court and he is drag the mater for Harrasing you. so you can file maintainace case against him... then he will came compromise....
