Rcr and child visitation case is not proceeding, don't know what to do

Hi, I filed rcr and child visitation, but my wife is not responding back in court. She didn't even attend counselling. I didn't see my kid since birth. It's 3years now case is still going. Only hearing is happening. Will law give me justice or just drag till my life. I'm stressed personally

you had not stated what is the current position of the case and why the long tendency of the case you have not setted any reason what is happening in the case without knowing the current position of the case you cannot give any legal opinion how the case will proceed
