Rashmi / Dipesh arrenge marrige held at 24th may-2014,Rashmi leave with Dipesh like husband/wife after 02month Dipesh have torcher try to kill her then Rasmi runaway her parents home and Dipesh have phone to Rashmi don't come and phone at my house, he has kept all gold arunament and 02shuit case marrige cloth.From July-2014 Rashmi in depression on parents home . Also Dipesh have done next marrige on 10th march-2016 in Bandra court have hiden previous Rashmi marrige matter,alrready dipesh/Rashmi matter in court. I want guidence /suggestion what i do the next steps? Rasmi father prabhat,Thanks

prabhat you can file case of bigamy against your son in law.
Try to convince him if he don't adopted your daughter then you will proceed against him in court of law.

You must first of all lodge an FIR and if police is not taking cognizance then written complaint to the superior officer. Then you may also file criminal case under relevant provisions of domestic violence act and IPC. You may also simultaneously file petition for divorce before proper forum. You should not be delayed in initiating these proceeding.
