Query Property dispute - Husband wife( need some suggestions)

I had purchased a flat with joint ownership with my wife 2 years back and she has taken the home loan. However I was also sharing the emi monthly but there have been some conflicts going on amongst both of us . Just wanted to know, how the ownership of joint property would be decided given the fact that the home loan is in the name of her

Yes you can share your EMI as per guide line of RBI. your living address is Lucknow then I'II processed for payment of your loan amounts. You can call me on my contact number or come to my Chamber office evening 5pm Monday to Friday.
