Query pertaining Under Section - 125 Cr.Pc ( Maintenance ) .

Hello Sir , My question is A wife had filed a maintenance case against the husband but problem is husband living in rented house and sometimes he changed the house at this time that how wife will serve the summon to the husband because she don't know the husband's address .

the wife can file the summons to the husband's office address if she possesses it, if the the wife has not mentioned the same in the 125 petition it can be incorporated over a simple petition and hence the summon can be served upon the husband.
