In the scnd meeting my wife refused to come with me and she blamed again that me & my family members use to beat her. She is very dangerous lady. just put your all facts and circumstances alongwith the relevant evidence before the CAW cell. And file a divorce petition before the court of law to get rid of her. This is the only legal solution you have. And also file a complaint before the police station regarding the danger to you and your family from your wife.

As explained, it seems that you and your wife both do not want to live together. Since the complaint has already filed with the Women cell, you have to follow the procedure and be present as and when required by the authorities. Your case involves legal issues to be discussed in detail on the complaint filed by your wife. A legal opinion could be given after going through the complaint. Thanks

Hello, You may file a complaint against your wife under the relevant section if there is any threat from her or blackmailing. You may also apply for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court or high Court for yourself and your family members. If you do not wish to live with your wife, a petition for divorce may be filed on the grounds of mental cruelty. It is advisable to gather and preserve evidence regarding the fact that there has been no harassment or cruelty towards the wife by you or your family members. There is also an option to approach mediation cell of the court for pre-litigation mediation to Amicably settle the matter.
