quashing fir in high court and lower court issue nbw

we have file case for quashing FIR in Aurangabad high court (MH).( u/s 498a) Meanwhile police submit charge sheet in lower court and nbw warrant issue by lower court so my question is can we stay on lower court procedure and nbw warrant through High court.
Warrant can not be stayed.
File Application in lower court for cancellation of warrant and file precipy for urgent hearing by citing reason for urgent hearing in Aurangabad High Court and tell your advocate to pray for interim order, ad interim order to stay till final hearing.
