Quarell and Life threatening issues from My mother's Brother family.

My maternal uncles are claiming or forcing my mother to give the property which is in her name. In this case under which sections we can file complaint.

under the Indian penal code your mother can file a complaint under 506 if she has been threatened by your uncles and they will be called and enquired and case can be booked against them, she should mention in the jicomplaint the date, time and persons who were present when they tried to force her by giving threat. so see actually whether they have given thread etc and file a complaint accordingly.
