Provisions for divorce against the cruelty from wife

We got married in February 2016, but up to today we don't have any child because she is refusing for a husband-wife relation. Every day she shouts on me and purposefully ignoring the relation. She don't want a baby and me also. She is not thinking about me, my family or future. She is not living with me currently and behaves like an animal. If asked for reason then not telling anything. She tells that I will not leave you but also I will not live you steady and healthy. I will disturb your life. She has telling that I will die and write a note I will send you jail. Her mind is so unstable. Tells that I am not interested in you but I will not live you happy. She had lost/disturbed my educational, social, economical life.
Under Hindu marriage you have to file a contested divorce in a court of law in your jurisdiction ,you should also file a NC against your wife in your local police station , divorce will file file after 1 year of marriage.

Hi,
If she is of sound mind and yet behaving like you said above, then you must be sure about her medical mental condition. If possible, try to get medical certificate of her insane mind, which will be helpful for you in gettng divorce.
You can also arrange family meeting with her parents and your patents and/or family friends to whom you both believe and try to find out solution/settlement, if possible.
If it will not workout, adopt legal procedure & send her legal notice of your intention to divorce her, if she does not change her behaviour or else agree for mutual consent divorce.
