Protection order against my parents

I am 21 yr old girl I overhead my parents talking about getting me married off by next year without my consent. They are manipulating me by threatening to suicide. Currently I am trying to gather evidence against them for the abuse I have gone through all these years. When I was 14 my father and my uncles slapped me and kicked me in my stomach because I accidentally locked the door and slept. My left jaw is bent inward because of that. Is this enough evidence to get injunction order against them

Well, you can file a Writ Petition in Court to restrain your family from continuosly harrassing you to get married. You can also get a FIR lodged against your Parents and other family members if they physically hit you again.
