Protection of my child from my in-laws

12-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My in-laws have been manipulative and vicious to say the least. Now they are exercising control on my 2 year old son. When my wife visits them along with my son they take decisions like ear piercing of the kid or Tonsure (removal of first hair) without informing me. When I call to speak to my kid they try not to let him talk. On the other hand they forcefully come and stay at my place with total indifference towards me and bad mouth about me in my society.

Well, in order to restrict your In Laws from interfering in the personal affairs of your family and you, you have to gain control over your wife first. You have to convince her to not meet with her Parents. If she wants to meet, then, she has to follow the terms and conditions, for which, you can make out a Contract through me for execution.
