23-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
I am from Mumbai staying with my mother and father and my one 11 years old nephew. i am the sole owner of flat. one month back i lost my younger sister now i have to look after my parents and her son since his father also expired 4 years back. I have one younger brother who is drug alcoholic and drug addict and always keep coming to my house demand cash from my mother for his drug and make dreadful sufferings to all of us. His wife also left him due to his such kind of behavior. Since he is drug addict he don't have fear of police also. Now he started to stolen cash from home, selling home appliances for his drug requirement. After consuming alcohol he completely lost his mind and try to beat me and my parents . i really don't know how to stop him to enter my house as i am worried for my parents and nephew since now i am the only support for them. i don't want he should come to my house and create panic situation for all of us. we need protection. Please advice how to go about this.

you need to file a proper complaint before the police and insist police to register FIR against your younger brother under various IPC sections including under section 452 of IPC. There by you may get your brother arrested which will solve your problem. or you may first send a legal notice to him calling upon him not to visit your home or you'll take legal action against him.
