Property & parent’s pension money grabbed by elder brother, by decepti

We were three brothers with our mother , bought flat in Mumbai 400099 at Deepashree A/10 . Elder brother NRI of USA California,myself SURENDRA MISTRY NRI UK & younger brother Passed away in October 2014 . Mother were living with me from 1986-87 till passed away in March 2004 . Elder brother grabbed our parent’s all pension money & transferred the flat on his name just before mother died , & when she visited Mumbai , by deception. I only find out . I think this is illegal to transferred on his name without my knowledge.

It is possible that there is a will or gift deed involved. if there are sufficient circumstances to show that mother wouldn't have or could not have made such transfer, then you can challenge the transfer made by initiating apt action
