Property Issue. House Registry Is On Wife Name.

For house advance booking 20% amount had been given by husband at the time of booking and house Registry is on behalf of wife. House loan EMI is being given by wife. Can wife get out the husband from her home ? If yes, then what about the 20% amount that was given by husband at the time of advance booking of house ?

If you have a registry in your name and all the loan money is being given by you, not your husband then surely you are the true owner of the property. Yes you can get out your husband of your home but don't do this because he is your husband that's why he made the partial payment of 20%.
