Property issue and harasement divorce

31-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
Due to family misunderstanding and ill treatment at martial house, I have came out with a small baby. Thinking that my health is important at that time. Now my husband has forcefully taken GPA from me and got it registered. My husband family member does not like me and my parents family. I am worried bcoz i have supported my husband financially when in need as i was working. Now all my belongings and jewellery and everything is with them. I am scared to approach. Bcoz for my child upbringing is important. I still want to lead a life with my husband. What to do.? if my husband is not interested how to get separated and proceed with this GPA.

Hi...if you both agree for divorce then go for mutual consent and by that you can get divorce within six months and if you want to re join your husband you can file Restitution of conjugal rights petition. Thank you
