i have single son.another women and her son wats to proove that they are my first family .matter is in court.can i do vasiyat for my self earned property in favour of my son.i am hindu brahman

Yes you free to make thought will in your son name however the same can be challenged in the court as well. If you have some land or home to transfer better to gift or transfer in son or wife name. .

Helo, if you have earned that property or that is your own property then you can do will . The matter is pending in the court that frist they will hav to prov that they are your frist family after that they can claim any kind of other possessions or anything else.for more information contact me thnx.
