Property Handover To My Nephew

My father is aged and we stay outside India but we visit him and he also visit us frequently. I have one sister who is married and have one son. I had a argument with my sister regarding not taking care to my father and lying to him time to time. Moreover she is taking money from father every month. My father has one flat and knowing my argument with sister he decided to give that flat to her son since we dont have any kids now. My sister is now coming everyday and talking to my father about the property. Since we are out side what I could do. Me and my wife is outside India not only for job, for also her medical treatment
if your father is not having any issue with your sister lying or not taking care of his or taking his money and after knowing of the argument between you and your sister he intends to give away his flat to your sister's son then I do not think you or your wife can have any reason to complain much less pursue a legal remedy against him or your sister.
