My Father bought a land in Muzaffarpur city of Bihar state in the name of his father(my grandfather). My father paid money and everything. Now after my grandfather is dead, my two uncles say that they have their share in the property by law. Is it true? some points to note: 1. My father has two elders brothers. 2. My father has build a house on that property and we are living there for last 30 years. land and building expenses totally borne by my father. 3.My uncles says that they will file a case and took 2/3 of land along with building on build on that land. Do they also have claim over the house build on that land, both bought and build by my father? SO, HOW CAN I SAVE MY LAND AND HOUSE?
Yes,it is true.property has been bought on the name of ur grandfather so afer his death property will divided equally into three brothers.however you havd will have to give the proerty in the name of two elder brothers .you will liable to get one part of the entire proerty while your father have been constructed.its the right way.
