Process to Seek Benefits and Rights of Children over Paternal Property

04-Jan-2024 (In Family Law)
I am a Hindu father of two minors- a boy and a girl child. My Hindu in-laws have a few paternal properties in Durg (Chhattisgarh) and UP. Through these properties, they have been generating revenue for years. How can I ensure the following for my children: 1) Ensure (a) the rights of my children over the properties and (b) these are not sold till my children attain adulthood 2) Ensure that share of revenue generated from these properties (in past and in future) are passed to my children

You cannot ask share of self acquired property. For example: if you purchased any property or home so your children cannot claim on your property (vice versa) but if you got property shares from your ancestors so your children can claim on your property
