Procedure to prepare the will to transfer property to grandchildren

I have 2 childrens boy n girl. Recently I lost my son who was married n has a 7 yr boy. I own the property which we have. My daughter in law is harrising me every day. I m 65+ n have many medical issues. I want to secure my grand sons future but I don't want anything to go right now to him as he is a minor. I don't want any involvement of my daughter in law or her parents. Pls guide..

Dear,
You can execute Will in favor of your grandson. You can also execute conditional Will still your grand son became major. The Will came into force after your death. You can also appoint any care taker by executing power of Attorney during your life time for securing your grand son future.

You can make a will in favour of your grandson. He will get it when he will major. After you property will be of grandson. You can write a will in his favour. When he becomes a major he will be owner of the property.

We can definitely prepare a will and secure the future of your grand sons future further the will can be registered and it cannot be revoked unless and until you personally gave the authority and register a new will

If you have your property is in your name.so you have made a registered will and in the said registered will you mentioned your grand son is the only executor of the will after your death and in the said will you mentioned the detail about your property and bank account etc.
