Procedure to obtain pay slips in order to prove the income of husband

I file 125 against my husband. I am Hindu and my husband is Catholic. We married as Hindu style. I need His pay slip to prove his income. He is working in private sector. How do I get it? Any other way to prove his income?

YES. There is way to get the latest pay slip of your husband. First you need name & address of Company where your husband is working and second file an application before the Court in which your case of 125 is pending for summoning witness (he will be a person who is manager or director or account department person), he will come with records of pay of employee and therefore you will get correct details of his income.

Dear Apne 125 files. Kar di he bus ab ye sabit krna he k kitni income to aap aapke husband k transection. Sleep. Or. Jis private sector me work krte waha se documents. Le aaye k unki seleriy etni he plus Cort mese. Us sector k incharge Ko notish krke use Cort me evidence lijiye to sabit ho jayega k perfect seleriy aapke Patti ki or Cort order aapke fevar me achha kregi ok tc

You have a right to disclosure of his income statements developed by various judgments. The court can direct your husband to disclose all the income statements provided you plead for the same before the court. A witness summons can be applied for his employer/hr to disclose all his income and even. certificate from CA to show his income.
