Procedure to make marriage under special marriage act null and void

I have made a registry marriage under special marriage act with a muslim lady.But I did not have any witness from my side,all 3 witness were from other side, & one of them sign as witness from my side. But after registry the lady started claiming all financial demand from my income & also threats me about DV act & 498.Still we do not received any marriage certificate from marriage registrar.Is there any way to make that marriage as null & void. Thanks in advance.

Sir Section 25 of the Special Marriage Act speaks about the nullity of marriage and it must be clear that the marriage has not been consummated owing to the willful refusal of the respondent to consummate the marriage. It must be within one year from the date of marriage. For the nullity of marriage you have to approach to the court which having the jurisdictional limit. Thanks

Nullity is not possible, first get your marriage certificate from the concerned registrar and then amicably settle out disputes and apply for mutual divorce and move on in life, detailed discussion is necessary
