Kya divorce case ke lagne ke bad or divorce case ke 6 month tak chalne ke bad domestic violence ka case lgya ja sakta he
Ji haan, aap case laga Sakti hai. domestic violence ka case lgane ke liye koi samay seems nahi hai. Bas Aapke pass valid ground hona chahiye domestic violence ko prove karne ke liye. Aapko 6 mahine late case lagane ka uchit kaaran Dena hoga.

Yes domestic violence case can be filed after filing of Divorcee case and at anytime the wife wants to but why you have not filed like reasons you have to state say to save her matrimonial ties she waited can be e reason more so domestic violence reasons date place time and act should be specifically worded in petition supported by any eye witness or witness to whom wife intimated soon before rest file and move ahead
