Procedure to disown children from property

22-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I have my son due to his illicit and bad behaviour. Still he forceably lives in my rented house and misbehaves me. Also he takes advantage of his mother who favours him. Further, he also creates hurdles in my daughter's study. Please suggest how to get rid of him.

Sir,
You should disown you a son by publishing Public Notice in two News Papers from your own earned all moveable and movable properties. New papers of Hindi and English must be published Daily. You can also file a complaint in the police station for your son's misbehaviour.

If the things are out of your hand, then you can issue/publish a notification in 2 daily newspapers of the city you live in, stating that you have barred your son from your ( house, property, other mobile assets, bank ) and your son is no longer your legal heir or successor.
This is serve the purpose ,( keep the cutting / details )
