Procedure to change my religion

I'm a Christian. I have already got married to a nair guy in Indian embassy with permission of our parents .if I have to convert to hindhu do have to change my name and what are the procedures?

First and foremost,u don't have to change your religion to Live with ur husband.There is no legal impediment in it.It will not effect the offsprings or any of their rights.To live a Hindu way of life u do not have to follow any ritual or ceremony.But if r adamant ,then contact a Arya Samaj office near ur locality.

You have to under go the rituals of Hindu ceremony for conversion.You may contact aryasamajam or contact a temple priest. You should undergo the cerimony of conversion and obtain a certifate from them

Legally, change of religion does not entail change in name; there is no legal necessity at all. However, you can change your name following the due procedure. It is your discretion
