Procedure to cancel the marriage as we never had any physical relatio

I registered my marriage last year 2023 June and on the same date my husband went to Germany.he did not return till now and now he is forcing me for traditional marriage after an year which I dont want.if i don't do the traditional marraige he won't accept me.we have not been together even for a single minute after the marriage..i hardly know hime but he got aggressive on the phone when i said no for the traditional marriage.now me and my parents wants to void thia marriage as this relationship

Well, you have to come up with concrete reasons for not marrying with him. Apart from the several reasons, one of the most important reason is the long gap which has erupted between the two of you in maintaining contact with each other, which can be a valid ground of Divorce, as in between, your mind got changed.
