Procedure to cancel marriage if the spouse is not living together.

if pair does not live with each other after registered marriage then is it possible to cancel this marriage?

Dear Client, In the present senario, "Divorce" is the best possible solution. You can not get your marriage cancelled but you can file for divorce petition in the respective Family Court and live seprately from your wife.

Yes it is possible as also permissible under law. But first you have to file an application for restitution of conjugal right before appropriate court. After the same has not been complied by your wife, then you can file cancelation of marriage application. Contact a good lawyer with relevant facts/documents.

If pair does not want to live with each other then with the mutual consent they can take divorce. If they are living with each other from 1 year then they can take mutual consent divorce. If husband want to live but wife does not want to live then wife can file divorce case against the husband.
