Under special marriage act, boy need to complete 21 years of age while girl of 18 years will do...
Wait to complete your 21 till then you cannot legally get married with your girl friend.

Hi
You must be completed 21 years of age for performance of marriage.
Even if you are willing to perform intercaste marriage, girl must be 18 years (completed), & boy must be 21 years of age (completed). Then you can apply to Marriage Registrar of your local area & you need to submit age proof, address proof, passport size photos of couple. You will also require 3 witnesses for this purpose & their I'd proof and address proof and passport size photos. You both must be of sound mind to give consent to marriage.
So, I think, till you complete 21 years, legally you can't perform marriage.
