sir..m from bangladesh.i want to marry a indian..wht is the procedure?is there no objection letter for mrg from embassy must to marry indian..plz help me to guide the right way

If you are a Bangladesh citizen, then clearance to be obtained from MEA and from other statutory bodies. You have not mentioned the religion. Also, inter country treaty if any has to be vetted.

In your query you haven't mentioned about your Community. If both of you are a Hindus, you can marry as per Hindu customary rites. For which you both have to follow a registration formalities within the jurisdiction of marriage going to be held. Both of you should attained major and have to produce all relevant documents before the Registrar. Thereafter the Registrar office shall publish and after 30 days of its publication you can approach the office for registration. If you require more assistance pl contact me.

Hello,
Your Marriage can be solemnised in accordance with the conditions laid down in section 4 of foreign marriage Act. It requires a formal 30 days notice to be made before the respective marriage officer wherein either of you reside. If there is no objection within the said 30days then you can register your marriage producing your ID and residential proof. No objection from embassy is not necessary.
