Please tell me the detail process for court marriage

You need to apply it before the SDM of your area. Affidavits will be attested by the notary public and your Aadhaar Card will be needed. And any two witnesses and 3 witnesses if the marriage comes under special marriage act. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

helo.. firstly you both have 2 valid ID proof, 6 passport size photo And three witness than you both have to appear before SUB DIVISINAL MAGISTRATE.. this is a process of one to two week.. but if you contact us we will make all arrangements and can saves your time
