Procedure in case the families are against love marriage

Hello sir,I am working in central government, and now I want to marry my loved one,but our families opposing it , because of caste difference,hence please suggest me to how can I marry above all these obstacles,is it necessary to inform to our department where I am working, before getting marry and police station also,to avoid problems after, if girl s parent's files a case against me about missing case my loved one on me,.
First you can marriage on registered marriage if its inter religion then go to special marriage. Then you can give a written information regarding the matter. And you may or not your choice to give information to your subordinate office.

As you both were major there is no legal complications in getting married. Where you work or to inform them is not at all an issue under law, if you want to invite your colleagues you can inform otherwise you can marry as there is mutual consent between you and your girl friend. If you think the girl side people may trouble they can't do any thing until the girl will be your side. kidnapping and all can't be filed as girl can give statement that she is marrying as er her wish. If you face any problem from them you can take the help of law and order by filing the complaint.
