Procedure in case husband not ready to keep the wife with daughter

i birth a baby girl on 22 may 2017..after that i came to my house..my in laws did not came to take me from last 3 month..they dont want girl..my father called them many times and told them to come with their parents..but.no effect on them..what can i do?? i m a banker..they always torcher me to give salary to them.my hubby's cousion brother is ASI in police..may be unhe ye hai ki hm unka kya bigad lenge...to plz help..mai kya kr skti hu..meri daughter 3 months se uper ho gyi hai ab..i dont want divorce..mere hubby or mother in law ne mera sara gold b apne pas rkha hua h..mangne pr b nhi dia..or vo log mere hubby k cousion brthr (ASI) or un k PAPA or mumy ki baato mein aa kr ye sb kr rhe h..jb b torchar krna ho..un logo se torchar krate h salary k liye..mai khti hu hubby ko mai apni salry dungi ap b muje apna hisab do..then vo bolte h tu kon hoti h mujse puchne vali..
