See in your case as the wife is not willing to return at all so it would be better if you discuss with your wife and agree for a divorce by mutual consent. You can get a settlement deed executed before the first motion of mutual consent divorce whereby you can settle all pending disputes pertaining to the minor child and alimony etc.

Look Sir, After marriage your son became major one and now he is under control of his wife. If you create disturbance upon them to interfare their new life, the wife of your son can lodged a Written Complaint against you. Then it will be better to keep Mum and avoid them. If your son can't maintain you properly, then you can proceed against your son and asked him for give maintenance before the Ld. Court, otherwise, you can't interrup their present life. The present Society is dengerous one and newly married wife can't want her in-laws. So understand it.

If you are staying alone for the last 7 months then file a case for restitution of conjugal rights before your Local family court to get your wife back to her matrimonial home.If you do not want her back then after the completion of 1 year file a divorce on the ground of desertion before your Local family court. Thanks.
