Procedure for the next date for counselling in marital disputes

I'm not feeling well and not able to attend family court for counselling for marital disputes. Can I attend next counselling date?

yes you have to attend the every adjournment of your case and better to follow the instruction of the court as well as your advocate instruction for that you need to focus properly in your case other wise you will be major loss.

yes you can attend on the next date if you wish but represent this with your counsel in the court that you are not well at that time and wish to adjourn the matter for the next date,so you will be granted accordingly.no need to worry.

Hi,
Yes you can tell your counsel to pass a message that due to ill health you could not be attending the counseling and on some other date you will be ready to go to counseling. However depends on the court to give another chance for counseling if you missed any one date. Call us for further assistance.
