im in relationship with a guy,He's a christian and im an Hindu he's asking to convert to his religion other wise he said we cant marry,what should i do up with the next procedure ?

Hello madam you can do register marriage without any disturbance and procedure is to wait for one month for special marrraige act and this should be done in concern register office with both parents vv

Absolutely Conversion is not required for inter caste marriage. It is up to you. But you have to follow some mandatory provisions as per SM Act. The marriage Registrar will ask your certain documents and thereafter he verify and do notification about your marriage. you are in relationship means how if it is in love or the family can accept that, there is no details ok now what is in your mind if you would like to continue him otherwise drop him if he is giving you condition means no such proof against him so you both are consult near by advocate and decide

Actually a Christian and a Hindu can get married under Special Marriage Act but he wants you to convert to a Christian. It is for you to decide. Did he put this condition when you fell in love with him? Why is he putting this condition? Will he put many other condition like this to you? If he has this type of attitude then it is better you cut off the relationship now itself.
