First of all, never keep a marriage secret. There is statutory period of 30 days for getting married. Consent of both and family members is required. Contact a good advocate with all documents to have smooth procedure compeleted.

You have not disclosed your religion, however for registration of marriage you have to apply in prescribed form and submit that in the office of registrar or sub registrar within whose jurisdiction the marriage is to be solemnized. You can contact any advocate practicing in Civil Court having experience in marriage cases. You can keep your marriage secret but you have to extra buck to the staffs of the sub-registrar.

Having read your query Im not clear as to you want to go for an Inter relegion marriage
Anyways if this is the case then you can go to the Registrar of marriage in the family court (civil court) and can legally get married under the ‘Special Marriage Act 1954’ since you both are adults it is not illegal to marry and no one can stop you from this Since you are going for a registration marriage it will take hardly a week to get your marriage certificate after paying the registartion fee which is little high in short term course
